Definitions
Connect-ed Foundation with its official website www.connect-ed.kz (hereinafter referred to as the “website”, “we”) takes seriously the issue of its visitors` information confidentiality to the website https://www.connect-ed.kz (hereinafter “you”, website visitors ). We refer to the information containing personal data of a website visitor as personalized information (for example: full name, login or company name), as well as the information about the actions you take on the website (for example: an order of a website visitor with his contact information). We call anonymous the data that cannot be uniquely identified with a specific website visitor (for example: website traffic statistics).
Use of information
We use personalized information of a specific website visitor solely to provide him or her with quality services and quality monitoring. We do not disclose the personalized data of website visitors to other website visitors. We never publish personalized information in the public domain and do not transfer it to third parties.
The only exceptions are situations when the provision of such information to authorized state bodies is prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
